I work with people at thresholds, when the life you have built no longer quite fits the person you are becoming.

Sometimes the question is about work. Sometimes relationship. Identity. Purpose. A transition that does not yet have a name. We begin by seeing the pattern beneath the question.

I help people find where they belong.

For twenty years I did it inside companies, matching people to roles and building the teams around them. What I was always really doing was reading the pattern of a person and naming the place they were meant to occupy.

I still do that. Now I do it at every level. The role. The team. The design. The soul.

The work here is intimate. It goes underneath the resume, underneath the title, to the person who has often never been fully seen. And once you are seen, belonging stops being something you chase. It becomes something you recognize.
