What does the first conversation look like?
It's a discovery — for both of us. We want to understand what you're building, what isn't working, and whether this is the right fit. There is no pitch. There is no pressure. There is only clarity. Typically 30 minutes.
Do you work with teams or just founders?
Both. Some engagements are founder-only. Others expand to include key team members or full small team evaluations. The scope is determined by what the organization actually needs, which we assess together.
